RESEARCH INTERESTS

For my thesis project, I will use a systems immunology and multi-omics approach to study the magnitude and breadth of the T-cell response elicited from a HIV-vaccine efficacy trial. The aim of my project is to assess the clonotype dynamics of HIV-specific T-cells longitudinally and characterize long-lived memory T-cells.
