RESEARCH INTERESTS

My projects in the Hawn lab are aimed at describing the signaling events that occur in human macrophages during infection by M. tuberculosis. To this endeavor, I employ a global phosphoproteomic approach in an attempt to understand the phospho-signaling events critical to infection control and clearance.
