RESEARCH INTERESTS

I am interested in furthering our knowledge of how Group B Streptococcus uses its wide range of surface-exposed factors to regulate virulence and to respond to stress in different host niches. I am also more broadly interested in bacterial pathogenesis, vaccine design, and regulation of virulence.
