Kellie List is the Grant and Program Manager with Global WACh where she provides support to the Center's grant submissions, as well as post-award grant management for the Center's growing portfolio of studies. Kellie earned her BA in Political Science from Georgia State University, and her MPA from the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance, as well as the Global WACh Graduate Certificate from UW. As a graduate student, Kellie was able to conduct a process evaluation on the implementation of a self-injectable contraception program in Uganda, and is passionate about the intersection of health policy and program implementation. Additionally, Kellie has over five years of professional experience in research administration and international development advocacy.
