Systems Immunogenetics of Biodefense Pathogens in the Collaborative Cross— Project 4: Systems Immunogenetics of West Nile Virus Infection: Adaptive Immunity

The goal of this research project is to investigate the overarching hypothesis that host immune responses are complex phenotypes regulated by polymorphic gene networks in outbred populations. The proposed overall systems immunogenetics approach utilizes the Collaborative Cross (CC) mouse lines to model the genetic diversity of outbred populations.
