Promotion of COVID-19 Vaccination in Emergency Department (PROCOVAXED)

The aim of this research is to increase COVID-19 and influenza vaccine acceptance and uptake in vulnerable populations whose primary access to health occurs in emergency departments (ED). We will use qualitative methods to develop standardized messaging to address vaccine hesitancy. Then we will conduct a cluster-randomized trial to assess whether implementation of this messaging is associated with greater COVID-19 and influenza vaccine acceptance and uptake among ED patients.
