M. tuberculosis exosome detection for pediatric TB diagnosis

The study will utilize cryopreserved small volume peripheral blood specimens from children enrolled in well-characterized completed and proposed prospective cohorts with high HIV prevalence and intensive TB investigations to evaluate the performance of nPES Mtb-specific exosome detection for pediatric TB diagnosis and treatment response.
