Dengue antigen design for a safe effective vaccine

The focus is to design a set of antigens that drive the immune response in such a way that severe secondary disease of Dengue is avoided. Severe secondary infection disease is driven by a failed antibody response in part due to the ineffectual nature of the immuno dominant epitope. The goal of this project is to develop a set of antigens the drives the immune response towards those epitopes that are highly naturalizing and thus potentially avoid severe secondary disease.
