Colaboracion Evita

Colaboracion Evita is a suite of 3 studies on prevention of HPV-associated cancers in people living with HIV. It is a collaboration of faculty at the Fred Hutch Cancer Center and investigators in Brazil, Peru and the Dominican Republic. The Optimo study will investigate the optimal timing of HPV vaccination in children living with HIV in Peru and Brazil. The Oportunidad study will optimize diagnostic algorithms for detecting HPV-associated cervical disease in women with HIV in the Dominican Republic. The Regreso study will test use of non-surgical interventions for treatment of pre-cancers in women living with HIV in Brazil.
