Personal Effectiveness and Leadership Skills (PELS) Course for Research Ethics Committee Administrators
Imprint was invited by the Infectious Diseases Institute to develop and deliver a bespoke course to improve the personal influence and efficiency of REC Administrators, as part of the IDI's project: Ethics and Research Committees for HIV in Uganda 2030, funded by a Fogarty Grant from the National Institues of Health. Lydia is a Co-PI and senior consultant facilitator on this project, and has carried out a Training Needs Assessment for the REC Administrators, developed the PELS course curriculum and materials, and will deliver the training and group coaching for 32 REC and Research Administrators.
