Implementation of ring strategy for community-engaged control of neurocysticercosis
The goal of this study is to develop and evaluate a process by which an evidence-based intervention to control Taenia solium can be implemented as a public health program in Peru. Collaborating institutions include the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia and its Center for Global Health Tumbes, UW Department of Department of Child, Family and Population Health Nursing.Funding is provided through the US National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke.
