DoxyPEP: Evaluation of doxycycline post-exposure prophylaxis to reduce sexually transmitted infections in PrEP users and HIV-infected men who have sex with men and transgender women

This clinical trial evaluates the effectiveness of doxycycline post exposure prophylaxis (PEP) to reduce incident sexually transmitted infections in at-risk men who have sex with men, as well as the safety, tolerability and impact of intermittent doxycycline on the development of antimicrobial resistance.
