V-OLA: Point-of-care HIV Viral Load Monitoring and Drug Resistance Testing

Develop a simple-to-perform assay to rapidly determine if HIV viral load consistent with virologic failure of treatment, and for patients failing therapy, to tests their virus for drug resistance mutations.
