TOLLIP Deficiency, Immune Dysfunction, and Tuberculosis Susceptibility

This is a project to understand the function of TOLLIP on the innate and adaptive immune response in the context of M. tuberculosis infection. We use a combination of mouse knockout models with human genetic studies in Seattle and the University of Cape Town to complete this work.
