Systems Analysis and Improvement to Optimize the Hypertension Treatment and Care Cascade for HIV-infected Individuals
The overall goal of this application is to evaluate a model for systematic assessment and improvement of HTN diagnosis and management services for people living with HIV (PLHIV) in Mozambique. Over the five-year project, we will conduct a parallel cluster randomized trial to evaluate SAIA-HTN effectiveness on HTN cascade optimization (Aim 1); identify its drivers of implementation success (Aim 2); and determine costs and cost effectiveness on HTN and HIV performance measures (Aim 3).
