The Gap in Polymerase Chain Reaction Testing for Chronic Myeloid Leukemia in Low- and Middle-Income Countries

Resource Needs for Achieving Universal Diagnostic and Treatment Monitoring Capacity

In this study, we develop a demand, supply, and forecasting model of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) diagnostic testing in low- and middle-income countries. This model will be used to assess resource needs, in the short and medium term, for diagnosis and treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia in these countries.
