The Effect of Hypobaria on Muscle Inflammation and Regeneration after Injury and Hemorrhagic Shock

The purpose of this study is to test the effect of 16-hour hypobaria exposure on leukocyte protein characteristics, function, and related genes responsive to a muscle injury in a combat casualty/en route care experimental model. The study also tests the effect of 16-hour hypobaria exposure on muscle regenerative processes and force properties in a combat casualty/en route care experimental model.
