Viral Hepatitis in Japan

Dr. Gale is a member of the hepatitis panel of the US-Japan Cooperative Medical Science Program (CMSP). The U.S.-Japan CMSP mission is to respond to the new, emerging infectious disease challenges of Asia and the greater Pacific region to define action plans for management, research, and containment of regional infectious disease threats.  Dr. Gale has served the CMSP since 2005 as a United States member of the program’s delegation.​
