Urethral microbiome and non-gonococcal urethritis in men who have sex with men (MSM)

This series of studies will evaluate the relationship between the male urethral microbiota in MSM its relationship with resolution and recurrence of urethritis as well as the impact of sexual behaviors over time. Funding is provided by an NIH/NIAID U19 grant and is part of the University of Washington Sexually Transmitted Infections Cooperative Research Center.
