SHAMBA MAISHA: an agricultural intervention for food security and HIV health outcomes in Kenya.

This study will systematically evaluate the impact of a multi-sectoral agricultural intervention on preventing highly active antiretroviral (HAART) treatment failure, reducing co-morbidities, and decreasing secondary HIV transmission risk in Nyanza Province, Kenya.
