Biography 

Olivia Schultes is a data manager for the Gut Health and Child Survival Priority Area for the Global Center for Integrated Health of Women, Adolescents, and Children (Global WACh). After completing an undergraduate thesis on borehole pump management in Ghana, she spent a year in Brazil on a Fulbright grant conducting research on dengue. She then gained experience conducting infectious disease surveillance with the Connecticut and Washington state departments of health. During her MS program at the University of Washington, she joined Global WACh as a research assistant for the Mobile WACh NEO project before transferring to her current role on the Enterics for Global Health study. Outside of work, she enjoys running, knitting, and watching K-dramas.
