- Research Coordinator, Global WACh

Morgan Aurelio, DNP, ARNP-CNM (she/her) is a Research Coordinator for a seroprevalence study within Global WACh on COVID-19 prevalence, household transmission, and antibody response among pregnant women and household members in WA state. She earned a BS in Biology and minor in Global Health from the University of Washington, a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from Seattle University, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from UCSF. She is a Nurse Practitioner – Nurse Midwife. Prior to her work at the Dept of Global Health, she worked clinically as a Nurse Midwife in hospital and clinic settings in Seattle and San Francisco. During her DNP degree she worked with PRONTO International and local stakeholders to bring OB emergency simulation and interprofessional collaboration training to a rural hospital in Kenya. Outside of work Morgan enjoys hiking and exploring the Pacific Northwest natural beauty.
