Development of an Electronic Data Collection System for Surveillance in Complex Humanitarian Emergencies

The objective of this investigation is to explore and develop the use of hand-held devices for the collection and analysis of initial assessment, surveillance, monitoring, and evaluation data in the setting of complex humanitarian emergencies. Work is ongoing.
