Assessing climate driven zoonotic disease risk in Washington State

In the State of Washington, zoonotic diseases pose significant and potentially growing public health concerns. Because the ecology of these pathogens in influenced by environmental conditions, the seasonality and geographic distribution of diseases may be linked to weather and climate and may shift due to climate change.
