Adaptive and Rapid Saptial-Temporal Threat Detection over Networks. Grant awarded by the National Science Foundation.

The goal of this research is to develop mathematical and statistical methods to rapidly detect both spatial and temporal changes in disease incidence. Specific work will focus on multi-drug resistant gonorrhea. In collaboration with Yajun Mei and Georgia Institute of Technology.
