Chemical proteomics to identify enzyme function

In this project, we use high-throughput Activity-based protein profiling to discover functions for protein with unknown function in Mtb and Plasmodium. Supported by crystallography, we aim to discover new folds and explore the most divergent enzyme space.This is an ongoing project.
