Dr. Nicole Bates is an impact-driven strategist with nearly 20 years of experience building cross-sectoral partnerships and leveraging political networks to generate support, policies and financing for [domestic and global] health and development priorities. Dr. Bates has experience in philanthropic, national government (legislative and executive branches), multilateral/international organizations and non-profit sectors. Dr. Bates earned a doctorate in public health (policy, leadership) and Master's in Public Health (behavior & education) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She graduated with high honors from the University of Virginia. She is a frequently invited guest speaker and advisor, serves on local, national and international boards and was recognized at one of 40 Under 40 by Puget Sound Business Journal.
