Dr. Noble is a Medical Microbiologist with research and teaching interests in medical laboratory quality management and quality improvement.
In Canada he runs the Clinical Microbiology Proficiency Testing program which provides quality assessment for medical laboratories in Canada and Europe and monitors quality assessment for water testing laboratories across Canada.
They work with I-TECH to provide Quality Management education in lower and middle income countries, and run the Program Office for Laboratory Quality Management on-line Certificate Course for laboratorians of all professions with participants in Canada, United States, Middle East, and Asia.
