Timor-Leste
I am currently employed by Health Alliance International (HAI) Timor-Leste, based in the Dili office. As Senior Program Performance Manager, I provide technical support on performance management of HAI’s programs, all of which are focused on maternal, newborn and child health. I oversee all of the monitoring, evaluation and learning activities at HAI, which involves managing data collection, monitoring and analysis, as well as reporting to the donors and to the Timor-Leste Ministry of Health. My role also involves undertaking operational research studies which are used to inform programming decisions and assess the progress and impact of HAI programs. As a member of the senior leadership team at HAI, I also provide support across the health promotion, clinical and communications teams. I am currently supporting a UW MPH student to carry out an evaluation of HAI's Liga Inan program. I hold a Master of International Health from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark and a Bachelor of Social Science (double major in Health and Development) from the University of Queensland, Australia.
