Biography 

Mr. Gulati is a public health professional with 12+ years of domestic and international project/program management experience leading HIV/AIDS and global health programs. For the past eight years he has lead and managed international projects in Africa and China. These projects provide direct technical assistance to host government and local partners on strengthening health systems and building capacity for human resources for health in developing countries. Mr. Gulati has successfully managed complex projects including program and operations through each phase of a project including start-up, scale-up, maintenance, and closeout. Prior to this he managed HIV/AIDS care and prevention needs assessments for Public Health, Seattle & King County as well as the State of Washington that informed stakeholder planning for federal HIV care and prevention resources. Mr. Gulati is currently appointed faculty at the University of Washington in the Department of Global Health, and a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee for the department.
