Supporting an NGO focused on cancer care in low- and middle-income countries to clarify and enhance their organizational impact

This consultancy has engaged with The Max Foundation (NGO focused on increasing access to cancer care and support in low- and middle-income countries)to develop background analysis/metrics related to their work; prepare a 5-year strategic plan with goals, objectives, activities, outputs, and outcomes to guide their work; and prepare tools and approaches to implement the plan. A recent DGH graduate helped with the first phase of this effort.
