Health Alliance International
Health Alliance International (HAI), with over 800 employees working in Mozambique, Timor-Leste, Cte d'Ivoire, and Sudan, works to strengthen the provision of essential services by ministries of health. HAI also promotes innovative programs and policies that foster social and economic equity. HAI is led by Stephen Gloyd, MD, MPH, and Mary Anne Mercer, RN, DrPH, pioneers of global health at the UW who focus their work on improving structures that lead to health disparities.
